Relationship Therapy
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I take a relational approach into therapy which looks at interpersonal dynamics to inform what issues you might be experiencing. I work to identify and improve communication, intimacy, and understanding in your relationship. I aim to create a safe space for you and your partner(s) to explore, learn, and grow together. I believe that it is never too early or too late to start therapy for your relationship.
Focus Areas
Cultural differences and dynamics - ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexuality, and others
Navigating life transitions
Asking for needs, wants, and desires
Increasing direct communication
Growing intimacy and togetherness
Navigating opening up a relationship/consensual non-monogamy - dynamics, rules, and trust
Starting your therapeutic journey, you may have lots of questions or ideas of what you’re looking for or what you need. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to get to know you a little bit more to understand whether I’d be the right person for you. You may also use this as an opportunity to ask questions in gauging whether I’d be the right fit for you.
